Dr. Kemp received her doctorate from Tennessee State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a member of NBCC. She is currently the Clinical Manager for Lebanon and Cookeville. Additionally, she does direct care for clients suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health problems. Her Master’s degree is in Special Education.

ron-kirkegaardRon Kirkegaard, M.S., L.M.F.T.
Education: Attended the University of Colorado at Denver and completed my undergraduate degree (B.A., Psychology) at Rockmont College (now assimilated into Colorado Christian University). Completed graduate degree at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Returned to Colorado State University in 1986 for 1 year of postgraduate study and clinical experience specifically in Marriage and Family Therapy. Ron is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee and specializes in marital and family therapy, individual therapy (both adults and adolescents) and integrating the Christian faith into treatment for those clients  who would prefer that approach.

Holly RobertsonHolly Robertson-Rose, APRN-BC
Holly Robertson Rose is an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee Technological University and then went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She is board certified from the ANCC. She has enjoyed treating a full spectrum of adult psychiatric disorders since 2005 and has a special interest in mood and thought disorders.

Originally from Alabama, Deon now resides in Cookeville, TN. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and holds a B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies and an M.A in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Agency Counseling. A former collegiate football player, Mr. Deon Taylor is now considered a gentle giant by staff and clients a like.

lisa carmackLisa Carmack, MALisa is an intake coordinator and clinical therapist. She has been with LifeCare since 2008 and holds a Master’s Degree in Agency Counseling. Lisa has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. She provides trauma therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered counseling, and psychosocial education. Lisa works with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management and grief/loss issues.

debbie ward thearpist cookevilleDebra Ward, LMSW is currently working toward LCSW Licensure. Primary services are directed toward in home trauma therapy for youth and adolescents. Prior experience includes therapist at Upper Cumberland Mental Health, Department of Children Services and teaching grades K-8. She received a BS in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee Technological University in 1979. She received her Masters in Social Work at Western Kentucky University in 2010.
